Get ready for the biggest update yet!

I guess I didn't give up... well... not entirely.

This update adds all the major features that I wanted in the game in hopes I won't be tempted to touch it again.

This will include:

Editor update: A new UI for simpler editing. And a way to snap the note x positions!
Effects update: Time for a new power! ACTUALLY 2!!! You can control Effect speeds and their strength! This gives you limitless power over maps!
Game over screen... finally
Some combo stuff
And maybe performance enhancements
Oh an uh scrolling in the menu
