NEW EFFECTS!
Stretch x and y! Doubles the x, y length of notes for a short time
Pulse notes: Makes the notes flash white.
Optimized some things.
Fixed up the editor, now it is much more stable
Rebound the F key to save with S instead. (why was it F to begin with?)
Next update: The color pallete update. Allows you to make notes different colors for each level individually.
